At Tactical Overland, we don’t just build trailers — we build freedom. What started as a DIY project to create a better camping trailer for our own family turned into something a lot bigger. Turns out, a lot of other Canadians were looking for the same thing: a rugged, affordable adventure trailer that doesn’t sacrifice comfort or functionality.
We’re not a massive company with flashy showrooms and bloated price tags. We’re a small, independent builder based in Sylvan Lake, Alberta — and we like it that way. It means we can keep our prices fair, our service personal, and our trailers damn tough.
How It All Started
Tactical Overland was founded by Branden Majeau — a hands-on guy who saw a gap in the market and decided to build something better. Not just for himself, but for any family or weekend warrior who wants to hit the trail with confidence, comfort, and the gear they actually need.
We started small. We’re still small. And we think that’s our superpower.
